Next peel your carrots, cube your pineapple, and then remove the skin from the passionfruit.

Next turn on your juicer and very slowly and meticulously juice all of the fruit. Try to accumulate one liter of juice or more.

Once you are done juicing, briskly stir up the sweet juice to even out the flavor.

Serve the juice poured over crushed or cubed ice, and garnish it with a crushed mint leaf. With regard to the leftover fruit pulp, evenly spread this out within your food dehydrator and make carrot pineapple persimmon passionfruit crackers.
